Amenities include:
The non-smoking, two-bedroom, one-bath house sits high on poles
and affords unobstructed views of the pristine bay and the majestic
mountains from the spacious, wraparound lanai.
The
living room and dining/kitchen
area face the ocean. The patio door from the living
room leads you onto the wrap-around lanai which encircles the entire
house. On the Lanai there are lounge chairs to relax in with your
morning coffee as the sun comes up and a teak dining table to enjoy
an evenings meal under the moonlit sky.
The master bedroom has
a queen size bed with bedside nightstands, closet, a ceiling fan a
two large windows to circulate the evening breezes.
The second bedroom has
two twin beds, a nightstand and ceiling fan. The master bedroom
and second bedroom directly connect to the restroom.
If you enjoy cooking, you'll love the kitchen, which is equipped
to enable any gourmet to express their talent. The kitchen comes
fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and just about everything
else that you might need. Several local favorite
restaurant cookbooks sit on the shelf. This is our home away from
home, and we'd like all those who visit to enjoy it as much as
we do.
